Hi friends of Wayne UNICO!
Here are some updates from our April meeting, thank you to everyone that joined us!
Our Spring Dinner Dance is right around the corner – we will once again be at Portobello Banquets. This is our primary fundraising event of the year, so we greatly appreciate everyone who can join us at the event. The price is $70 per person, and this includes a full buffet dinner, 4-hour open bar, dancing, DJ, and a chance to win prizes. Click here for more information on the Dinner Dance.
We are organizing a Casino Bus Trip – we are still in the process of deciding where we will be headed, but most likely one of the Atlantic City Casinos. The tentative date for the trip is August 18th.
A trip to Citi Field is scheduled for June 22nd. Several people will be driving, and the game package offers beer, food, and great seats. The approximate departure time will be 1 pm. Please reach out to Jeff Fossati for more information.
Our car show committee shared an update – it looks like the date for the car show will be sometime in the October timeframe. They are researching what other car shows are already scheduled. If we schedule ours on a date that a local club is running another show, we will not get good attendance. We will post more information when it becomes available.
