September Updates

Hi everyone, just a short post about some recent updates. We hosted some great events recently, and want to thank everyone that was able to attend.

First, we hosted our 2nd Car Show at the Wayne Municipal Building. Thankfully, the weather cooperated, and we had over 75 cars in the show. The proceeds we collected are on behalf of Wounded Warrior Project. Many thanks to all the car owners that entered, and also our visitors that walked around and checked out the vehicles. Going forward, we are designating the 2nd Sunday in September as our planned date for the Car Show.

Back to back events included our 9th Annual Golf Outing. This year, we went back up to Black Bear Golf Club in Hamburg, NJ. LOTS of prizes were given away, including some very nice golf clubs. Congratulations to our winners, including a Long Drive competition (294 yards), closest to the pin contest, and we even had some folks on hand in case anyone hit a hole in one. Sadly, none this time around!

Our next monthly meeting is Tuesday, October 1st at 7:15pm. We will meet at Anthony Franco’s on Hamburg Turnpike, hope to see you there.
